Troll 2 (1990) is considered a cult classic. It has been referred to as legendary, as well as adored and of course, one of the worst movies ever made. There have been a myriad of and ongoing reviews with titles such as, Troll 2 - So Bad It's Good , When Bad = Oh So Good or 10 Reasons Troll 2 is the Best Worst Movie Ever Made. Mike Stephenson, who played young Joshua, later directed the critically acclaimed documentary, Best Worst Movie (2009). Deborah is often asked why she wasn't in the doc. She was invited numerous times to participate, but was otherwise obligated. Worked as a makeup artist for TV & Film. Was often hired to work on figures in the political arena, including Former First Lady Rosalyn Carter and Governor Mike Leavitt, US Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency and later Secretary of Health and Human Services.

When Claudio Fragasso, Troll 2 (1990) director, first introduced her to renowned makeup artist, Maurizio Trani Mauizio, he shook his head, threw his hands up in the air and said in Italian, No, no, no. Too bella! She was confused so the director explained that Mauizio was worried about being able to transform her into the older, unattractive as well as the frightening Creedence character.
