Hadley first met Ramin Karimloo in 2002 while they were both performing in Les Misérables at Queens Theatre in London; Hadley as Marius, Ramin as Feuilly, u/s Enjolras & u/s Marius. They have been in multiple other performances together including the filmed 25th Anniversary performances for both Les Misérables and the Phantom of the Opera. In the past few years, the two have started a band together called Sheytoons.
