It has been reported that he has died due to his long battle with cancer. Since 2021, he has been battling cancer but has remained resilient and strong throughout his journey in cancer. Rocco’s robust nature while fighting cancer earned him huge admiration from his fans.

In 2011, he suffered from an aortic aneurysm, which resulted in his heart’s open surgery. He had undergone two major surgeries twice a week; however, he later recovered from his disease but did not last longer and was caught in a lifelong battle with cancer, which ultimately caused his death on Thursday at age 66.

Rocco Ancarola was an Italian national born in South Africa. He attended the North View High School and then went to Witwatersrand Technikon in Johannesburg. Rocco moved to New York after completing his education and starting his acting career. He began with minor movie roles, including Wall Street in 1987, Dora in 2022, and A Brighter Tomorrow in 2023.

In recent years, Rocco has become a household name due to his appearances on Real Housewives of New York City alongside his celebrity girlfriend Sonja Morgan.
